The primitive
A receipt is a signed, schema-versioned record of a consequential workflow step. It carries the submitted evidence, a hashed manifest of its sources, and enough structure that a reviewer can check it later without contacting the system that produced it.
Surfaces
Three surfaces are shared by every application: issuance, verification, and a review log. Each of the fifteen standalone applications owns exactly one canonical receipt domain and its own database.
Capability boundary
Verification is local and offline. No hosted verification service exists and none is claimed. Demo datasets are synthetic and labeled as such in the product itself.
