DATA ROOM REVIEW GUIDE

This room exists so that a reviewer can form a view of Bankabil from primary material rather than from a narrative. Every material claim in the investment case is stated once, in the claims and limitations statement, and each is linked to the document that supports it.

Where evidence does not exist, the claim is marked planned and no supporting document is offered. That is deliberate.

Documents are grouped by category — Investment, Company, Market, Commercial, Financial, Product, Technical, Security and Governance. The left navigation follows the recommended review sequence rather than the alphabet.

Each section page states its own summary and lists the documents that belong to it. The document registry is the complete index and can be filtered and searched.

The room uses three words with fixed meanings. Verified means a verification record exists and can be reproduced. Demonstrated means the capability runs in the current build, usually against synthetic data. Planned means it does not exist yet.

Every document carries its own limitations block. Read it before citing the document.

All materials are confidential and provided for authorized diligence review only. They may not be redistributed, in whole or in part, without written authorization.

Downloadable files carry a watermark identifying them as prepared for authorized diligence review.

One document, one canonical version. When a document is revised, the version number increments and the previous version is marked archived rather than deleted, so that an earlier reviewer copy can be reconciled.

Each document page carries its full version history with the reason for the change.

Technical claims are supported by an Evidence Room export: a static folder containing the receipt in both encodings, the source manifest with hashes, the local verifier output, and a claims-limits note.

A reviewer can open that folder offline and reproduce the verification without contacting any Bankabil service. The developer quickstart in the packet describes how.

Some materials — unredacted counterparty agreements in particular — are released to named reviewers under a separate authorization rather than published to the room. They are listed with status Available on Request so that the index remains complete.

Restricted materials are not shown as disabled controls; access is enforced, not merely hidden.

Diligence questions are recorded in the diligence requests register with a reference number, the category they touch, and the response given. Answered questions remain visible so that later reviewers see the same record.

Questions that require new material result in a new document version rather than an email answer.
